Cancellation Policy

A $150 deposit will be required at time of reservation. You must cancel your reservation 48hrs in advance of your arrival time or you will forfeit your deposit. Any damage to rental equipment during your reservation period may necessitate additional charges. Alcohol is not permitted on any Orange County beach. Assumption of Risk Guests understand that beach bonfires, while enjoyable, involve inherent risks. These include but are not limited to: Exposure to open flames and hot surfaces Uneven ground, natural elements, and weather conditions Potential interactions with wildlife, smoke, and wind-blown debris Risk of injury, illness, or property damage By attending a Basic Beach Bonfire event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including any arising from the actions or negligence of others. Limitation of Liability Basic Beach Bonfire, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for: Personal injury, medical emergencies, or property damage Loss of personal belongings Weather-related cancellations or unforeseen environmental conditions Guests participate at their own discretion and are advised to use caution at all times. Health & Safety Guests are expected to: Follow all safety instructions provided by staff Keep a safe distance from fire pits and hot equipment Supervise children at all times Avoid alcohol consumption to excess, especially near open flames If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you may be asked to leave for the safety of all guests. Environmental Responsibility We operate under strict beach-use guidelines regulated by the City of San Clemente and California Coastal Commission. All guests are expected to: Dispose of trash properly Avoid disturbing protected wildlife Refrain from bringing glass containers or hazardous materials Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Medical Emergencies In the event of an emergency, we will seek immediate medical assistance. Guests are responsible for any associated medical costs. Weather & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of outdoor events, weather conditions may affect scheduling. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event for safety reasons. Use of Photos & Media By attending an event, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writ
